in case of lost/damaged device, Merchant will be charged for repair / replacement fee in which the amount is adjusted according to the results of investigation by Cashlez team
Broken devices have to be returned to Cashlez. Replacement procedures as follows:
For devices bought by merchant, after the broken reader is received by Cashlez, the shipping process will take 5 working days for Jabodetabek area and 9 working days for outside Jabodetabek area.
For devices rented by Merchant, After the broken reader is received by Cashlez, the shipping process will take 5 working days for Jabodetabek area and 9 working days for outside Jabodetabek area.
